Join Michigan Sustainable Business Forum and Meijer at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 18 for webinar focusing on protecting the Great Lakes while creating a more circular, sustainable economy.
 
The webinar will feature two speakers providing actionable guidance for business, government, academic institutions, and non-profits in the Great Lakes region:

  • Mark Fisher, President and CEO of the Council of the Great Lakes Region, will address the cross-border collaboration needed to forge a future without plastic waste and litter through more purposeful sourcing, recycling, reduction, and reuse initiatives.
  • Andrew Gronewold, Associate Professor at the University of Michigan focused on Ecosystem Science and Management, will discuss preparing for the impact of climate change on Great Lakes resources from within the region and from external demands.
