David Rinard (2018)
David served as the Director of Global Environmental Performance for Steelcase Inc., leading the department that is responsible for overseeing the company’s environmental initiatives and performance and implementing corporate environmental strategy, including regulatory compliance, sustainability, environmental outreach and responsible conduct programs. He began his career with Steelcase in 1979, and throughout his time there was also responsible for ground water programs, superfund activities and in-house consulting on compliance programs.
David has been a WMSBF Board member since 1997, and was the most recent Secretary of the Board. He is also a two-time past president and a Hall of Fame inductee. He retired from the board this month.
