Sarah Weishaar is Founder and CEO of Impact Collective Group, a certified Women-Owned consulting firm focused on helping businesses drive success, resilience, and improved performance through smart and effective sustainability solutions. ICG partners with companies across industries to help define and deploy core business strategies aimed at maximizing sustainability through the company’s people, products, and services. We are a dedicated member of Catalyst 2030, working with partners around the globe to advance the Sustainable Development Goals.

Sarah has nearly 20 years of experience in leadership and ESG. She holds an FSA credential from the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation along with multiple degrees and certifications in sustainable business, nonprofit management and more from NYU, MIT, Indiana University and the University of Michigan. Sarah lives in Kalamazoo, MI, with her husband and three girls where she is active in the community, and from where she manages ICG’s global team of professionals, client work, and network of partnerships.
