Kari leads the development and execution of a broad-based, company-wide strategic Customer Experience & Sustainability initiative, integrating both throughout PADNOS. She ensures these initiatives effectively enhance business performance and support the long-term interests of our customers. Kari brings over 20 years’ experience delivering over-quota performance and revenue growth. She has a proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends and assumes bottom-line responsibility for market research, strategic planning, pricing, forecasting and execution plans. Her ability to establish trust with a diverse array of customers and identify what they value is the key to her success. She is a persuasive communicator with well-developed presentation and negotiation strategies for overcoming objections and bringing stakeholders together on impactful sustainability initiatives.

Kari has been a WMSBF Board Member since 2020.
