As the North American Stewardship Manager at Gordon Food Service, Amy Gautraud leads the evolution of the company’s stewardship strategy and initiatives. Collaborating across departments and teams, she focuses on key priorities including greenhouse gas inventory and reduction, waste diversion and reduction, and enhancing product transparency of sustainable attributes. Through this work, Amy helps customers achieve their own sustainability goals while driving meaningful change within the organization.
Amy began her career as a Registered Dietitian, a credential she proudly maintains in her current role. Recognizing the importance of a strong foundation in sustainability, she earned a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern in 2022.
