Sharon Darby, Sr. Mgr. – Environmental, Safety & Sustainability, Cascade Engineering
Sharon Darby is the Sr. Manager of Environmental, Safety and Sustainability at Cascade Engineering. She has been with the organization for fifteen years. Sharon plays an integral part of the organization’s Triple Bottom Line culture leading Safety and Environmental, Zero Waste Team, Anti-Racism Credentialing, Diversity Coordinating Council, Charitable Contributions, Bicycle Friendly Business, LEED Certification and Sustainability Forum.
Outside of Cascade Engineering, Sharon is the Village President (Mayor) of Saranac, an Adjunct Professor at Davenport University and is a founding board member of The Saranac Promise. She has an MBA in Strategic Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Davenport University. Other accomplishments include International Society of Sustainability Professionals Certification, Distinguished Toastmaster, Certified Manager, Senior Professional Human Resources Certification, SHRM Senior Certified Professional and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Operations & Maintenance Certification.
Shanon began serving on the WMSBF Board of Directors in 2016.
